      3. As a Lister and/or advertiser, I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for my Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service and the consequences thereof. I affirm that you have the necessary licenses, approvals, rights, consents, and permissions to use such Content on the Service and Platform. By submitting Content, I grant AbSolute Creative Corps. (onestopkerala.com) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the Content in connection with the Platform and its business.
         
         
      4. Absolute Creative Corps., OneStopKerala.com, its employees, or authorized promotion agents (Touchpoints or Buzz Builders) are not responsible for the content of entries or advertisements. They are also not liable for any outcomes due to errors or omissions in advertisements. However, the company will take utmost care to avoid errors and will take corrective measures if any are observed.

I understand that all my listings will expire according to the package plan. To renew a paid listing, I will need to pay an additional amount as per the package plan.

When I select any feature of Paid Services, I may be redirected to a third-party payment processing site that offers various payment channels such as net banking, UPI, debit card, and credit card (“Payment Gateway”). Absolute Creative Corps. may also provide options to pay through cash or other channels like cash collection. Paid Services will be available to me only upon receipt of payment confirmation from the Payment Gateway or collection agencies. By making a payment to AbSolute Creative Corps. through any medium, I warrant that you are entitled to use that medium and make the payment under applicable law.
          
          
      14. I understand that Absolute Creative Corps. (Onestopkerala.com) will not be liable for any refund under any circumstances for a confirmed order. This means that once an order is confirmed, no matter the situation, there will be no refunds provided. This policy applies to all confirmed orders without exception.
          
          
      15. I understand that in the event of any litigation or legal disputes regarding the material published in this advertisement, I will be solely responsible. In the eventuality of any dispute, the place of jurisdiction will be Trivandrum, State of Kerala, India.
