Off the SP29 highway, this informal resort is set on a 2-hectare pepper and coffee plantation along Karapuzha Lake and is 12 km from Karapuzha Dam.

Featuring plantation views, the unassuming 3-bedroom villas have flat-screen TVs and balconies. Traditional mud, bamboo, and 2-bedroom cottages come with sitting areas. Upgraded cottages and octagon-shaped villas add air-conditioning and living spaces. Room service is available 24/7.
