We are a dedicated team of Certified trainers and experienced fitness experts in Kochi, who are enthusiastic about getting people fitter, making them stronger while they have a ton of fun. We are a unisex gym that welcomes people of all genders and fitness levels. Ashante Nenju offers both group fitness sessions and more personalised physical training sessions. 

To maximise the amount of personal attention our attendees receive, we keep our group fitness sessions small, with a maximum of 10 people per group session. We are open twice a day from Monday to Saturday: from 5.30 AM to 10.30 AM and again from 4 PM to 9.30 PM. Our fitness centre is located in the heart of Kochi close to Lulu Mall, Edapally.
