ANILOX ROLLER

Anilox Rollers are manufactured by our company and can be used for Flexographic printing or Gravure printing. There are many cell patterns available for this product, including a quadrangle, triangle, pyramid, hexagon, and Tri-helical lines.

Lnk deposition tends to be uniform throughout the chamber’s length. The chambers can be engraved up to O 350 X 3000mm in length. If you provide the percentage of chemical/ink solid content to be covered and the expected dry GSM deposit on the substrate, we can select the appropriate LPI or engraving depth.

The screen count ranges from 25-350 LPI, with engraving cylinders that have dry GSM deposits of up to 1 GSM to 20 GSM.
